A management assistant position is open for application at the International Space Science Institute Beijing Branch (ISSI-BJ).

The responsibilities of this position are:

l　       Academic publication affairs

l　　 Website daily maintenance

l　　 International conference/workshop/meetings organization and coordination

l　　 Communication between ISSI-BJ and ISSI in Bern, Switzerland, and with other international organizations

l　　 Any other work assigned by the supervisors

Basic requirements for potential applicants are, but not limited to:

l　　 Fluent in English, as the working language, however a multilingual ability of French, Spanish, Russian is preferable

l　　 Experiences in organizing international conferences and relevant events

l　　 Working experience in international organization

ISSI-BJ is a newly established international research institute using similar management and working tools as ISSI. ISSI-BJ is located at and having the management support from National Space Science Center (NSSC), Chinese Academy of Sciences.

NSSC is an government funded research organization responsible for the planning, selection, management of development, launching and operations of space science satellite missions in China.
